Health Benefits of Oyster Mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms may just be my favorite type of mushrooms. I shred them up and cook them in my cast iron pan until nice and crispy. Not only do they taste delicious, but they’re very nutrient dense and aid the body in preventing imbalances and disease. Here are some of the main health benefits:
