Acupuncture/Acupressure Point of the Month: PC6
Feeling stressed, anxious, or like your chest is carrying the weight of the world? PC6 is your go-to acupressure point for opening the heart, calming the mind, and easing tension in the chest.
Where to Find It:
Located about three finger-widths below the wrist crease, between the two tendons on the inner forearm (see picture above).
How to Use It:
Apply gentle pressure with your thumb and hold for 30-60 seconds while taking slow, deep breaths.
Repeat on both wrists as needed—especially before bed, during a stressful day, or anytime you need a reset.
